Submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored in a secured database with access restricted to authorised staff. Uploaded referral documents are held in private storage and are never publicly accessible; they can only be retrieved by authorised staff through short-lived, authenticated links.
Consent
We ask for your explicit consent before you submit information through our forms. You can withdraw consent or ask us to update or delete your information at any time by contacting us.
Analytics
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the website is used. We do not send personal or case information (such as names, dates of birth, contact details or referral descriptions) to analytics services.
